Dr. Colton Fowlkes
Board Certified Pedodontist, Associate Dentist
Georgia native, Dr. Colton Fowlkes attended the University of Georgia where he graduated with dual majors in biology and psychology while serving as the UGA mascot; Hairy Dawg. From there, Dr. Colton served as the president of his class at the Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University and graduated near the top of his class.
After dental school, he completed an advanced education in general dentistry residency at the Charlie Norwood VA in Augusta, GA. During this residency he acquired specialized knowledge and training in complex oral surgery procedures as well as treating medically complex patients while serving Georgia’s veterans and the population of Augusta State Medical Prison.
Realizing that his calling was in the treatment of children’s dental needs, Dr. Colton became a member of the inaugural pediatric dental residency class at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. His education at CHOA allowed him to gain the invaluable skills of pediatric behavior guidance, rehabilitating full mouth pediatric dentition, and practicing conservative pediatric dentistry.
